SUMMARY: During NYC’s peak summer touring season, I partnered with the One World Observatory marketing team to develop a fresh campaign strategy. I co-directed a photoshoot to create compelling visual assets designed to boost ticket sales and promote product upsells. The campaign led to a notable increase in ticket sales, record-breaking visitor numbers, and higher per capita sales through targeted direct-to-consumer marketing.
